« The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

« Place is a bit hidden, located on a side street , however it’s charming, well kept, manicured landscaping and certainly above average. We booked an outstanding sort of beach cottage with an oversized private pool that made our stay very enjoyable, nevertheless the first night we experienced loss of hot water, no TV network and malfunction of the blow dryer. Owner promptly fixed the issues which was highly appreciated while we had a bit of inconvenience, especially for not being able to shower...

« Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...
