Awesome
Everything was provided and was top notch from the coffee to the plush toilet paper and even Q-tips. I should not tell everyone about this wonderful place because I will return with my wife.

Great Location for our getaway
Apartment was cozy and well decorated, had everything we needed for our little getaway. Close to the interstate for east access to all the black hills has to offer. So much to see and do in Spearfish. We hiked the trails at Spearfish Canyon. Toured around the fish hatchery, Ate at Killians, had happy hour at Stadium. I would recommend all of these to anyone who chooses spearfish as there place to stay. Owner was quick to respond when we couldn’t get the lock unlocked. Great little place. We would stay again Thanks

It was quiet comfortable and easy to get toSpearfish.Close to a grocery store and a few blockks from restaurants and coffee shops.We had a difficulty with the eletronic front door lock but when we called the owner he fixed it immediately

Spearfish Stay
This was a perfect place for us to stay for 5 days while exploring sites in and around Spearfish. The owners were very quick to respond to us to help us figure out the door lock and the tv remote worked. From our place we visited and hiked Devil’s Tower, drove Spearfish Canyon and the Needles, toured the fish hatchery in town, and hiked several area trails. We loved biking a stretch of the Mickelson Trail and the Spearfish City trail system was very cool as well. Lillian’s for dinner is tremendous! There is also a great little Indian cuisine restaurant next to Killian’s that was tasty. We also visited Crazy Horse which was so neat. The Native American taco at the restaurant there was delicious! All in all, this is a perfect place to serve as a basecamp.

Very nice apartment
Really enjoyed our stay in Spearfish. This apartment was easy to access right off interstate and is close to downtown for all the activities going on. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had many items that were handy like zip lock bags, clothes hangers and a coffee bar. The host Ryan was very helpful whenever we had questions. We already have our stay booked at this apartment for next year's Corvette Rally!

Cute place
We got there in a torrential downpour. When we tried to get into the house with the keypad it didn't work. The property owner was quick to respond and said it can do that with rain and how to get in. The house was clean and cute. I had some questions and every time i text the property owner he responded right away. We would stay there again.

Convenient location, helpful host!
This property is clean, comfortable, cozy & convenient to highway access & a short walk to downtown activities. The neighborhood is well kept & I never had any safety concerns. There were a couple of minor issues with the door lock & WiFi, but Ryan was very responsive & the issues were resolved quickly & completely. I would stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Spearfish area. Thanks for a great visit, Ryan!

Cute little apartment, well equipped and clean. Easy access to everything. We walked downtown both days. It was a nice walk and we enjoyed the flowers in everyone's yards on the way.

Cute little place!
Cute little place decorated nicely and very clean. Sofa only sleeps one, so if you gave a family of four bring an air mattress. My kids slept on the floor in the living room and was just fine. Walking distance to downtown, had a blast at the friday street fair and the Spearfish Brewing Company. No complaints, thank you for a nice stay!

This was my third time staying at this location this year. I was in the area for work. Very convenient to downtown Spearfish and to the interstate to see area attractions. I would stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and at a great price.

Just what I needed!
I was in the area working insurance claims for a recent storm. The hotel prices in the area were very high and I happen to check on Vrbo to see if I could find a place in Spearfish. I found this very reasonably priced in a great location in Spearfish just off exit 12. It was very clean and comfortable for my stay. This was actually my second stay in two weeks at this location.

Extremely DIY project. Super small, terrible couch and bed. Ended up getting a hotel. Didn’t spend more than a few hours there and paid for 2 days.

This review came as a surprise to us and we are disappointed to read it. From the time of booking to review, we did not hear from this guest at all, so had no idea that the unit was not to their satisfaction. If you read our reviews about this apartment on both VRBO and other platforms, you can see many compliments including the comfort of the apartment and bed. Our most recent review on another platform just commented “Beds were very comfortable with plenty of comfy pillows and blankets.” One guest reviewer on VRBO has stayed multiple times due to the comfort and quality. It would have been nice for the guest to communicate any concerns so we could address. Based on the 20 other reviews and feedback we have received from guests who have stayed at the property, we don’t feel like Jodi’s review was a fair assessment of our home.
