« Très bon emplacement. Parking gratuit à côté de l’hôtel. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Établissement décoré avec soin. Un petit déjeuner gargantuesque et excellent. Les petits bémols concernent l’absence de volet qui entraîne une grande luminosité dans la chambre très tôt le matin, le bruit de passage dans les couloirs et escaliers juste devant la chambre : vous êtes réveillés à 7h. Sinon, pour le reste, c’est super et mention spéciale pour l’odeur très agréable dans l’hôtel. »

« Très agréable séjour de 2 nuits. Dans la citadelle, entouré des remparts, très bien situé. Belle chambre avec vue port (en contre bas) Bonne literie. Très belle piscine avec jardin soigné. On a également mangé les 2 soirs au restaurant de l’hôtel. Nourriture excellente et service très aimable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour l’ensemble des prestations. »

« Appartement correct mais la propreté laisse à désirer… sur la table de nuit une cacahuète traînait… Concernant la salle de bain la porte de la douche se déboîtait, la chasse d’eau fonctionnait même le bouton d’appui fortement endommagé. Une forte odeur en continue dans l’appartement. Concernant l’extérieur … aucun entretien les feuilles mortes traînant au sol. Point positif : appartement proche de la plage »

"Nous avons séjourné au 7Pines et notre expérience a été décevante pour un hôtel affiché 5 étoiles. Le personnel est certes aimable, mais l’établissement est largement surcoté. Les suites sont petites, mal agencées et ne reflètent pas le standing attendu. Nous avions réservé une sea view qui ne nous a finalement pas été accordée, ce qui est vraiment regrettable. Globalement, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous."
