"Overall bad experience!! The quality of the room was not the same as pictured in the website. I was very disappointed when I arrived to our room as i expected it to be nice. The building was run down and everything was dirty. From the moment we walked in the floor, bed, celing and bathroom were dirty. It did not meet our expectations. We asked for a refund but got denied. I do not recommend staying here. What I also found was very odd was a hole in the ceiling next to the fire detector (on top of the bed). We did not feel safe and it made us very uncomfortable. "

"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."
