The hotel was lovely but their hospitality leaves alot to be desired. There was one waitress who smiled and spoke English but apart from that, receptionist was sour and unhelpful.

What a suprise!
I booked the hotel in February, called the website in June to confirm the reservation and received a confirmation 4 days prior to my arrival. When I arrived at the hotel with 5 children and my two parents I was told my reservation was cancelled and there were no rooms available.I was transferred to another hotel, that I wouldn't have otherwise picked. We were offered the worst rooms of the hotel.

Everyrhing was awful - room, service, staff, cleanliness.The room smelled very bad. The door of the toilet didn't close. There wasn't a remote control for the TV. We were accommodated in the basement of a villa instead of the hotel. I was told that there was a mistake and hotel room weren't available. Nobody cared that I paied for a double room in Selena beach resort and I wasn't offered a refund. I regrer I went there. I don't reccomend this place. There are many other good hotels in Sozopol but not that ine.

Decent stay
The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. Overall a good stay. We didnt get our sea view room even though we had booked a few months in advance but the staff made an effort to make up for the mix up.

hotel is vlak bij het strand en half pension.
achter het hotel heb je strand. het ontbijt en avond eten is iedere dag bijna hetzelfde met genoeg keus. kamers zijn goed. om naar de stad te gaan kan je met zo'n treintje voor een euro.
Maar wel zeggen waar je uit wilt stappen, anders rijdt hij gewoon door.
