« Very clean and nice staff! We stayed here with our grandkids before going to Holiday world. »

« The breakfast buffet looked nice but I had to leave for work too early to make use of it. The staff was very kind and helpful. The weird thing is my room and the A/C vent in the hallway smelled like mold/mildew or general dampness. I don't know if something is leaking somewhere or what, but the whole third floor (near the elevator at least) smelled funky. »

« Place is very outdated. Pictures make it look better than what it is. First the lobby is probably the only clean looking place there. The pool and hot tub were okay. Pool is very tiny and was overrun with kids who were literally jumping off the window ledges into the pool. I’m not against kids having fun cause I have 4 of my own, but there was 0 supervision or order to the pool area. There were also no towels and the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. Our room smelled musty and found a newly sealed...

« The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly. The air conditioning also didn’t stay on and we had to keep getting up through the night to turn it back on. »

« There were stains on the floor and in the sheets. Breakfast area gets too crowded for everyone to have space. »

« I really love this hotel! We have stayed here several times, and it is my go-to if I am visiting the Holiday World Park. The staff goes above and beyond to help, and the hotel is always clean. I especially loved that our rooms had bathtubs which is a rarity in hotels anymore and the breakfast bar was wonderful. Great job! »

« The room had such a strange smell. It wasn't a cleaning smell it was a very strange smell. Also the cold water didn't work in the shower. So you turned on the hot water then turned it to cold and the water would only very slightly cool. Other than that the water was to hot. You had cold water in the sink but not in the shower. The room hasn't been up graded since the late 80s or so. I wasn't impressed with this place at all and wouldn't recommend. »
