« The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for. »

My only concern was when an unattended dog was continuously barking at 3:30 PM in the afternoon for at least 30 minutes, when I called the front desk and talked to the employee there, they told me that there was nothing they could do to help the situation. « Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room. Didn't look like much pride was in it anymore. »

« They are in obvious renovation mode…though our room was comfortable inside, it was obvious we were in the middle of the construction out in the hall & elevator. Bed was good, pillows not so much. :/ Breakfast was better than we’ve experienced in the recent past (@ other Marriott’s). »

« Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00. »
