« I traveled with my wife and kids. Expedia messed up on our reservation, but the ladies at the front desk helped us out. Becareful booking out with expedia as they will tell you a "view," but really that view is of the parking lot, not the beach. Again, the front desk services helped us out and as usual, this property knocks it out of the park. The location is great. « Check-in was a 1.5 almost 2 hours late which meant we had to go to dinner in a beach attire since that’s what we did before we went to check in at 4, I was NOT happy. Every single bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both the shower and bath tub were Completely EMPTY(thank goodness we brought ours from home) but remember we were held almost 2 hours behind on check in?
