Amazingly family & pet friendly with beautiful pool (with waterfalls and fountain jets), a playground, splash pad and fitness room. Large shared community area with games and events. Staff was friendly and always close by if you needed help. Will definitely take my family again! "

"Well maintained building. Pool and grounds were neat and clean. Our condo was very spacious and the view of the gulf is unbeatable! The area is very walkable in my opinion. Enjoyed very much!"

"Room was extremely nice . No in house parking so 11 plus dollars to park 15 hours. Several homeless walking in the area and food was limited due to being over packed. McDonald’s was bare bones in the sitting area with no condiments or soda machines. Housing was historic and very nice to look at."
