"Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was hot and good. The parking was easy. Room was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The parking was not nearby which made for a long walk into the property. The AC unit made a noise all night and there was what appeared to be mold forming on the ceiling. The tub/shower would not drain properly due to a faulty gasket on the plunger/stopper. On the positive side, the bed was nice and checkout was easy. Will not stay here again due to the location, traffic, parking and other before mentioned issues."

"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."

"It was disgusting! Just an old Days Inn that was repainted. Filthy window, gnats. Smelly AC/heater, lumpy old mattress, disgusting bathroom. Several questionable characters walking around, next to a very noisy road. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property! Do not Stop Here!!"

"Walked in in the bathroom, smelled like pee, shower curtain had pee stains on it and the floor looked dirty so I went in and asked the person at the desk if I could have some cleaning stuff and a rag and a new shower curtain she was very nice. Gave me the rag gave me the cleaning thing and a new shower curtain. I was thinking maybe she might come in and clean it but I had to clean it. I took it back to her and she was appalled at how dirty it was. She was gonna turn in the maid who was supposed to clean that room and let her know what happened."
