Great Motel service

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before anyone appeared to assist me. When an employee finally showed up, I inquired about an early check-in (just by one hour) and was abruptly told it was not possible. Based on the photos online, I anticipated a charming, antique, and older aesthetic. However, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. While the main surfaces were okay, the detailed cleaning you expect from a hotel was completely lacking. The box spring cover on one of the beds was noticeably dirty and needed to be washed, the mirrors above the sink hadn’t been dusted in a very long time, and the carpet was dirty and pulling up in places. On a positive note, the staff outside of the front desk were wonderful. The team at the restaurant, bar, and the coffee shop were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Hopefully, management can bring the front desk service and room maintenance up to that same standard.

Everything was just as promised when I made my reservation, specifically the breakfast I totally recommend this place to spend the night thanks to everyone
