"Our room was fine. Bed was just okay. After a comedy show, we got to the hotel hoping to get some food and drink but the bar was packed with long lines and one bartender who kept his cool but was obvo very stressed! We ordered some simple food which took a long time and was not great. Things were just chaos basically. Hotel in general was good but I'd advise you to eat and drink elsewhere. "

"We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. Another issue we booked for 4 people, the pull out couch didn't have an sheets or blankets on it and there were no extras in the closets or draws so we used some of the blankets on the beds as it was late an didn't bother calling the front desk to wait to get some sent as we just wanted to sleep. Then in the morning we didn't realize it until going to shower we were only provided 3 towels so we had to improvise there as well as one of us used a smaller one to dry off. But other than that it was a great stay an might stay again if in the area as it's close to the shopping malls. "
