"The hotel has different information in the website, they should let us know that the pool is not available, I chose the hotel because of the pool "

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."
