This property was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very patient and helpful with any questions I asked. Further, the location was outstanding as it was an easy walk to the waterfront where we were able to take advantage of a boat tour. Also the Botanical Gardens were easily accessible at the back of the hotel area. A wonderful break before our cruise.

Upon arriving to the hotel I was immediately met with a warm welcome and smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I was even given an upgrade which was a nice bonus. There was such a sweet note and dessert in the room on arrival. Staff have been friendly throughout my entire stay, always offering a warm welcome or helpful advice. The room and service were great. The room smelled extremely moudly however, I did mention this to the front staff and I was told this is normal and to just open my window. I did my open my window and the smell lessened but was still there which made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was looking forward to a good sleep after an overnight flight so that was disappointing. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
