"The entire staff was absolutely incredible, check in, kitchen, bar and cleaning crew, everyone was so kind! The hotel is fabulous: comfortable bed, good water pressure, great air conditioning, beautiful surroundings. The castle is like walking back in time and totally worth the money. The food was great: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar staff were so attentive and understanding of any requests I had."

Hotel New Bilbao Airport

Hotel New Bilbao Airport

10/10 Excellent
"The round-trip shuttle service was excellent. The driver was very kind and helpful with our luggage. I felt sorry that I couldn’t leave a tip to show my appreciation because I didn’t have any cash or coins with me. It was great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!"
