« Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

« Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud. »

« We have always stayed on this resort. Plantation, however we have never stayed in this building particularly. The building does seem older, the room was decent, could of been a little cleaner, and just a warning, there is a hot tub in the building in its own room that is locked you have to have your access key card to get in there, the other building we always stay in does not have that it’s just either the outside pool and hot tubs or the indoor pool is all we knew about. « The property did not meet expectations. There was a strong musty odor throughout the home, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible mold and peeling paint. We also found multiple dead insects in the light fixtures, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, as we were traveling from out of the country, we were unable to find alternative accommodations and had to complete our stay. The condition of the rental was disappointing. »

« Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. The bathroom is small so if you are a larger person, again this isn't the rental for you. It was perfect for 2 ppl, it says it will sleep 4 but it would be a...
