Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and greeted me every time I came and went, always saying things like, "Have a great day!" or "Welcome back!" Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. The staff refilled the food frequently, so nothing ran out and everyone had plenty to choose from. The pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. That wasn't a big issue for me, though. My boyfriend used the gym, which was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. I stayed in a king room with a sofa. My only complaints were that the refrigerator didn't get as cold as I would have liked, and the bathroom was quite small. It wasn't comfortable for two people to be in there at the same time. My mom stayed in a room with a single queen bed. Her bathroom was larger than mine, but it lacked counter space for toiletries and only had a single sink. Her room also didn't have a closet, so she had to hang her clothes on hooks in the living area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I never felt concerned about the safety of my vehicle or belongings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location if going to MLB or NFL games which all are walking distance. Parking garage has very narrow entrance and exit if driving bigger vehicle. Room bathroom are small but manageable. I will go back next time I’m in Cincinnati 👍

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and very comfortable. Very decent size television. Great stay and value.

The hotel was beautiful, as was the room. The valet situation was confusing and it took me a minute to figure it out both when I arrived and when I left. Breakfast was okay but for the price the buffet was not a good as some complimentary continental breakfasts other hotels offer. The food seemed like it may have been out long. It was close to the water and was in a good location downtown to other business though so that is a plus.
