"We booked a two-night stay but ended up leaving after the first night due to multiple issues with the room and overall experience. Although the room had a thermostat/control panel, the temperature could not be lowered below 71–72 degrees, even when set to 64. As someone dealing with hot flashes, this made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and nearly impossible. After speaking with the front desk, we were told the room temperature is automatically controlled and cannot be adjusted by staff or guests, despite there being a thermostat in the room. They even sent a repairman to check it, but nothing improved, and to make matters worse, he left dirty gloves behind in our room. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a poor selection, overcooked hot food, and mostly carb-heavy options. We attempted to speak with a manager or supervisor but were unable to do so. To their credit, they agreed to refund us, and we decided not to stay for the second night of our reservation. Between the inability to control the room temperature, poor sleep, lack of management availability, and disappointing breakfast, this stay was not a good experience for us. Would not recommend if your a hot sleeper and don't travel with a fan. "

"This hotel is wonderful. It was completely remodel in 2024 they said. Rooms were spscish and nice. All staff from shuttle, to front desk, to the eaters were very friendly. We stayed one night got there late bc of our flight but they still picked us up at airport to get us to the hotel and the guy at from desk was super nice. We ate breakfast which you pay for but was nice and lots of food choices. We wonder the property and seen the outside patio with fire pit; would have been awesome in the evening to sit out there with a drink! The pool area looked great (didn’t go in it) and their fitness area had everything you need for your workout. I would definitely stay again and commend it to anyone wanting a nice hotel experience! "

"Very outdated, the different floors smelled like smoke and mold. Bathrooms look like hospital bathrooms. Some rooms A/C worked, some didn't. Seems like its a trucker hotel, area is a little ratchet. There is a bar that is open to the public and safety wise idk how that works. Its an okay hotel but needs to be revamped."

"Beautiful building but poorly maintained. We had a live bug in the sink when we checked in, we booked a king suite and got 2 doubles handicap accessible. When they cleaned the room they didn’t replace towels, tissues, coffee or cups. They left 2 large trash bags in the hallway outside our room for 2 days. The windows were super dirty as well. I was very disappointed for a Hilton property "

"The shower seal head mold also hair from somebody else the sink had hair by the faucet the front desk staff were great and they were right we did get back to $100 deposit the breakfast was okay it had a great selection to make waffles such as chocolate chips cranberries granola also had yogurt they had frosted flakes fruit loops for the different types of cereal they also had milk the coffee had vanilla creamer and hazelnut creamer and then it had flavored juices squirts for coffee we do not like flavored creamer so I went to go get milk for the coffee and the lady just started putting the breakfast stuff away when I asked if I could get some milk for my coffee she looked me UP&DOWN and said NO SO WE DID NOT HAVE COFFEE. We really liked that it had outside door right to the parking from the room also had a door inside the building down the hallway. the area did seem very safe! it was fairly close to a lot of different things such as a park that had a waterfall close to Sam's Club close to the gas stations 15 min. away from restaurants the traffic was not that bad going to those places. Really strange that when I try to upload the photos of the door showing daylight around it and the mold in the bathroom is saying that the photo is invalid or something's wrong I don't know but really weird that will not take the photos that I've took in of the mold and the hair also the light around the door "
