"The staff tried to make the guests comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, easy walking around the center of town and to the bazaars. Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant. "Great place, good amenities! From taxis and shuttles for transportation to the 24 hour valet parking. Breakfast is provided and is very fresh with great coffee. Its no more than a 15 minute drive to everything you'd need in gaziantep. Its very quiet and the staff are respectful. I'll definitely book here again with my eyes closed on my next trip."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel that has been carefully restored. Great location in the old town close to many restaurants. I booked a delux double that came with a shared balcony and worth the extra for this balcony area you can sit on. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the valet parking was a highlight as parking would otherwise have been very difficult. Staff were very professional. Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend it highly. "

"We stayed for one night. Check in and check out was smooth. Valet service was available as we came and went on arrival, during the day and the next day while sightseeing. The room had a complimentary fruit bowl on arrival as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. It would have been nice to have actual ceramic cups rather than disposable cups but we didn’t ask to be fair. Staff at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Brought chilled water bottles on day of checking out in addition to what was already in the room. Would definitely stay again."
