"Our stay was great. We went for a little getaway, not wanting to spend too much on lodging, and this place was the perfect match. It was priced right and right across the street from the entrance to the park. It is 5mins from Hochatown and 5mins away from Broken Bow. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute. We understand being busy. She was very pleasant once she completed the call & helped us."

"First time staying at Hy Lo. Great experience - fast and flawless check in, excellent customer service, spacious room with modern design, comfortable bed, parking in then front or in the back of hotel. I was worried about noise, because the hotel is located near a hwy, but it was quiet and peaceful with easy access to Durant and Denison for dining options. Good selection at breakfast even at almost 9am. Extra bonus was a jet tub in the room on top of the large shower in the bathroom. Will be back ! "

"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and really enjoyed the restaurant. I didn't get a chance to use the pools but all guests appeared to be having a great time at the pool. I plan to book at Tanglewood again."
