Very clean. Just older property. Rooms need updating. Restaurant closed on Monday morning without coffee option. Except in room. Staff was pleasant.

I booked 2 rooms for my family& asked they be adjoining. I was told 'yes' and to call the day to confirm. Then the day of we were told 'no, we're fully booked, you'll be close by' - but they changed our 2 queens to a standard king. I said this was undoable bc I had 3 little kids & me in 1 room, I was still told, oh well, we're booked. I asked for a cot at least, & was told they had none. But after a little they admitted they had them and sent one up. Our key card didn't work for the 2nd room but the nice man who brought the cot let me in. I went down to the front desk for new keys but they still didn't work - so they sent maintenance. The room smelled awful, was dirty, had hair on the toilet and has concerning stains on the carpet. They couldn't fix the lock & told me to leave the lock in the door & put my valuables in the safe. I called the front desk again and told them that wasn't acceptable and they said they'd call me right back. This whole process was long and stressful. I finally got a call back and was told, oh actually we do have a room with 2 queens. The lobby is lovely and they should put the funds they use in to keeping that area nice in to renovating the rooms because they are old, dirty and definitely not worth the price (I paid nearly 250 per room per night b/c it was crowded).

While we do try our best to accommodate your requests such as adjoining rooms, they are based on availability and determined by occupancy of the hotel. The hotel was sold out this past weekend which could make it challenging if others are booked in those rooms types.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the room next door. We happened to have very unruly kids next door bagging walls and screaming until midnight. Didn’t hear any adult voices in the room either. Next time I’ll choose a different hotel due to lack of sound-proofing.

Had to step over a giant puddle of throw up in the parking lot as I made my way in. Room was a non smoking room but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Shower would not drain while showering- I stood ankle deep in water during my quick shower. I was awakened at 1:30AM to someone repeatedly pounding in my door. Since I was staying alone, I did not answer. After about 10mins, I heard another door open a few rooms down in the hallway - I assume the person was at the wrong door but it really startled me. There was also a nice big dead stink bug on the floor next to the bed when I woke up. Overall, not a place I’d willingly go back to.

Check in/front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean in terms of the beds and carpets but there was either a terrible rust or mold build up behind the toilet that was pretty gross and lots of hair in the drain of the tub that I wasn't comfortable running a bath for my son. The bartender in the lounge this weekend was off-putting. She certainly didn't seem happy to be there. Overall a good stay and convenient to where we travel to to see family, but I wouldn't book here again knowing the Heritage is right down the road.

Overall it is a decent hotel. The outside and lobby are nicer than the rooms. The rooms are a bit dated. Happily everything was clean and the restaurant had a nice selection of food....which is important as there are not too many places to ear nearby.

The staff turned on us as soon as our paid function ended. I did not feel comfortable staying the night. I want a refund. I checked out at 8:45 pm The staff was extremely rude and videotaped our group. I did not feel like staying was ok.

You and your group were asked to leave the private meeting space since you brought in outside alcohol that was not permitted in the space and would jeopardize our liquor license. No refund will be issued, again as you were aware of booking a pre-paid reservation as well as breaking hotel policy by having outside liquor that was not permitted in our private meeting space.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. One exception of pool area ceiling being extremely dirty looking with floats and balls above the pool. Other then that it’s was a perfect stay.

This property was old and dirty. A lot of stuff was rusted. The shower head was falling apart. Seems like a lot of drug addicts live there. There was a guy walking around the parking lot with no shoes on dirty feet, mumbling to himself, staggering when we pulled up. When we went out later, there was another gentleman also staggering around and smelling of alcohol and marijuana. I did not feel safe there. The room was old, not cleaned well, and even though they said it was smoke-free, the room smelled of cigarettes smoke. I complained to the night manager when we arrived, our room was changed, but the condition of the room was the same.
