« Facility was typical 2-3 star hotel geared to both working roadies and travelers. Dated but clean with attentive staff week days as well as weekends. We experienced a faulty A/C, reported same, and was switched to new room when we returned from daytime events--all with a smile and desire to accommodate! Will book this hotel again when in Wichita. »

« I didn't even get to my room from the start going in to check his mood wasn't it then he started charging more for the room when it wasn't even on the online account saying anything about more charges that he was trying to do then it took forever to get my room then made my guest sign a paper that doesn't even have his name on the. Said something to him to where he went off and going to say there's a dog fee when it doesn't say anything online »
