A spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom unit that is airconditioned, has sweeping balconies large enough for entertaining plus sundrenched living, lounge and dining areas. The main bedroom has the ensuite and queen bed, the second bedroom is queen size as well while the third has 2 single beds. An enormous kitchen, huge main bathroom, separate laundry, secure parking and storage are just a few added features. The Avenues are located just around the corner from the cafes, restaurants and eateries, hotel and a short stroll to Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Trial Bay, Front Creek and the Boardwalk. The perfect holiday destination. The local boat ramp is approximately a 5 minute drive, The Rocks Shopping Fair shops such as Coles, Liquorland are also only a 5 minute drive from this property. South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay. If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing. If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast. The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
