South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay. If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing. If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast. The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Its in a great location and has huge living areas which makes it very spacious for everyone. Close to the shops, the river and horseshoe bay so you could park the car and just walk anywhere if thats what you wanted to do.The cleaners dont do the best job in the world, but its pretty good still. I felt like small improvements could be made to improve the stay - the floor felt dirty, the bbq didn’t work it would have been great if there was an extra roll of toilet paper and some dishwashing liquid and bin liners.
