It comfortably sleeps 7 (1 queen, 1 double, 3 singles) and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The unit is fully tiled and features ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort during your stay. Enjoy entertainment with a TV, video, Austar, and a CD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and there’s a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom includes an ensuite, and the unit also boasts a bath tub and a shower for added relaxation. Step outside to the balcony, where you can unwind with a gas BBQ. Off-street parking is also available for your convenience. Please Note: 'Paragon Apartment 6' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. No where to easily buy line in SW Rocks. Place had a smell and is very outdated. The add says it has Foxtel, signal is bad and snowy black and white - no movies just basic package.
