Spacious and relaxed, this property is designed for effortless seaside living, offering the ideal escape for families or groups. Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home. Thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a well-appointed kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to relax and unwind. The three roomy bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, making it a perfect retreat for groups of all sizes. With two stylish bathrooms, a separate laundry complete with washer and dryer, and a lock-up garage with internal access, every detail has been considered for your convenience. Step outside to discover a large, fully fenced yard with ample space for the kids to play or to park your boat. Please Note: Beach House on Gregory requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting.
