Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay at ‘Ashmore’ in South West Rocks. Located within easy walking distance to town and beaches, Ashmore is a stylish, fully refurbished, family friendly holiday home. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the peaceful rear deck, experiencing gorgeous sunsets and stunning views to Mount Yarrahapinni.  
  
‘Ashmore’ features an air-conditioned, open plan living and dining area with raked ceilings and ceiling fans. This area opens to the rear deck which features a comfortable outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops.  
  
The home boasts 4 stylish bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and plantation shutters. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the second with 2 singles. Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with 2 singles. All the bedrooms feature new beds with quality linen and plenty of hanging space.  
  
There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, with the upstairs bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. Downstairs, you will find the second bathroom as well as the laundry, complete with washer, dryer and a convenient third toilet and shower.  
  
There is NBN wi-fi internet available with a small office space for use if required. You will have the use of the single lock up garage which has plenty of storage space and additional off street parking is available for a second car.  
  
Located within an easy walking distance to all amenities, Ashmore offers the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful town and beaches of South West Rocks.  
  
Please Note: Ashmore requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.  
  
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.  
  
A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers the perfect escape from the fast pace of modern life. This charming coastal town, located on the mid-north coast near the mouth of the Macleay River, is about a 5 hour drive from both Sydney and Brisbane.  
  
South West Rocks boasts eight stunning white sandy beaches, making it a haven for beach lovers, or if being under water is your thing, enjoy some of Australia’s best scuba diving spots. The town is also home to a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course, as well as . Within the Arakoon State Recreation Area, you'll find the historic Trial Bay Gaol.  
  
For casual dining and relaxation, the Seabreeze Hotel looks out on the Pacific Ocean, while the Riverside Tavern offers a relaxing atmosphere along the banks of the Macleay River.  
  
The town centre features a variety of boutique shops, including fashion and homewares stores, along with cafes and restaurants. A Coles shopping centre is also conveniently located as you enter town, ensuring easy access to all essentials. South West Rocks is the perfect destination for those looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty and charm of a small coastal town.
