A beautiful home on South Padre Island Golf Course overlooking the 13th hole. Home is completely furnished and equipped and includes a 2-car garage, an enclosed patio and outside patio. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub. Master suite has a king bed, and 2 other bedrooms are queens. Includes washer and dryer and wine fridge. 15 minutes from the beach. Easy access to swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center.

This is like our home away from home. Very clean and well furnished with everything you need. Just as pictured . This is our 4th time staying here, and for a month each time, we love it so much. It's on a golf course in a beautiful, secure neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from shopping and a 15 minute drive to S Padre Island. It's a 1 hour drive to Mexico. Owners are great to work with. Always prompt to answer a question

Another excellent stay

This is our third time staying in this beautiful, clean home in one of the best neighborhoods. Everything you need is provided. Only 10 miles from S Padre Island. The owners are great to work with too.

We loved it here so much, we came back!

This is our second stay here. We li it. Feels just like home. Great neighborhood, very clean and equipped with all you need. Convenient to S Padre Island. Only an hour to Mexico. The owners are fantastic. We're going back.

A lovely home away from home!

This home is both beautiful as well as comfortable and homey, which is not always easy to do. Clearly, a lot of thought went into making this a very functional vacation home, and I really appreciated the little extra touches. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, but friendly. The location is great, close to South Padre, but far enough away for some peace and quiet also. It also was a great location to go to Laguna Atascosa and many other great birding locations in the area. Communication was excellent, amenities were very robust, and it was very clean. I definitely hope to be able to stay again!

Super nice house and location

It’s 10 minutes from the tourist areas of Port Isabel and South Padre, but in a peaceful and quiet community without all the noise and traffic. The hosts were really friendly and promptly answered any questions I had. If I’m ever working in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

The Only Thing I wish we had at this home was more time to stay!

We just spent the month of March at this beautiful home. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt right at home. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home that has anything you could need while there. It's a very clean homen and is fully stocked. Check in and check out was so easy. The owners are very nice and great to communicate with. It's in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood on the golf course. We loved just walking around the neighborhood. It's 10 miles from S Padre Island. This home is as described. We definitely want to go back.

Wonderful stay!

Myself and a colleague stayed here for several weeks for work. This was the perfect home to come to after long shifts. The back porch/patio was perfect to relax on. The house is clean and has everything you could need! It is a convenient location to get to both South Padre Island and to Brownsville. Very friendly and safe neighborhood! The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs! I highly recommend staying here!!

The Perfect House just out of SPI

We really really loved staying here. We will stay here again for sure. It is about 15 minutes from the beach in a really quiet community. The house is really well equipped. We did a lot of cooking in the house and on the grill and it was great. The living room is great and comfortable. The hosts are really responsive and great to work with. Don't hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a great beach house not on the beach.

A lovely place by the water

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was sparkling clean and so spacious and comfortable. There were many extras, including Kleenex, shampoo, napkins, Ziplocs, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. We loved that there were multiple places to sit outside. The screened in porch was more protected from the wind so was perfect for the colder days. I especially loved the chairs outside, nearer the water, where I could watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. The only small negative was that the beds were so high up that it was difficult to get up, but we found work arounds. I think things were designed for tall people and we are short. But it was a little inconvenience in the midst of great overall experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely place!
