You will hear owls at night and stars in the dark sky as there are no street lights. Beaches of Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Westward Ho within 25 miles and Combe Martin and Lynmouth approx. 15 miles away.

Amazing property, amazing holiday ⭐️
We loved our stay at Diane’s beautiful cottage. We were so happy with the the beautiful property as well as the tranquil setting. Dianne was there to greet us shortly after we arrived and was very warm and welcoming . The property itself was exceptionally clean, had everything and more we could have wanted. The location was perfect fir us to explore the area yet tranquil enough fir us to relax from the busyness of from the city we are used too, so much so we asked asked Diane if we could extend our stay which she was more than accommodating. Would love to stay again and would love to be be able to bring our young children with us next time.

Very tranquil converted barn. Ideal for us as we like to get away from traffic noise on our holidays. The owner greeted us with a cream tea, but then left us to enjoy our holiday.

Lovely setting with a gorgeous garden and outlook over fields. Very clean and equipped with everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Location for Exmoor and north Devon Coast was great, with easy driving access to lovely walks, beaches and villages!

Wonderful few days
My mum and I came on a nostalgia trip to visit North Devon where I spent all my childhood summers. We spent 4 nights at Stream Cottage and it was an excellent central point to access the beautiful towns we wanted to visit. The cream tea provided on arrival was delicious - thank you very much Diane. The cottage is lovely and a home away from home. I would definitely recommend and would visit again for a longer stay.

Myself and my two children 8 and 12 had a lovely bank holiday weekend at Stream Cottage. Close proximity to Exmoor zoo, Barnstaple and the North coast beaches... South Molton is only a short drive away from Stream Cottage, which has a Sainsbury's and other amenities.... Sat Nav will take you to the correct location..Follow it (we didn't and got lost) it will take you to Stream Cottage..I have an Android phone and Google maps.. Diane is a great host, available if you need anything... My children loved the scones and clotted cream on arrival 😄.... Thankyou...
