« We had a wonderful stay in our fun, pirate themed suite. Which is really what caught our attention in making our reservation. It was so thoughtfully decorated, and suited the theme, while still being a comfortable place to enjoy being in. Everything was in wonderful condition, and had all the amenities we needed. « When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep. »

« Coziest, most welcoming place we have ever stayed. Beds were comfy, couch perfect for movie watching by the fireplace! Playing Ms. Pac-Man was such a blast from the past. All the little extras, from the toiletries to the s’mores supplies made our stay unforgettable. Jacob (our dog) loved watching the animals from the window and walking the Corkscrew Rail Trail. Dillon provided the best recommendations for food and fun. Norte Azul is an absolute must. The crispy chicken empanadas was amazing....
