The building has run by friendly people, was very well-maintained and in a perfect location for skiing at Heavenly. Free coffee and granola bars in the lobby; ski concierge has granola bars and gatorade packets... overally a great experience. Only feedback - and all very negative and would not deter us from returning: 1\. thermostat in room was tricky and never stayed set properly; 2\. toilet paper was rough so we bought out own; 3\. leather couch in living room is pretty but not comfortable. All in all, we had a great trip and would return in a heartbeat! ##### Jeff L.
