The cottage was comfortable and spacious, it has a large area in the back that is spacious with a fire pit ,chairs, table and large grill. There is a marina a short walk down the street that has a reasonable priced snack bar where you can sit and look at the boats while having breakfast or lunch. The landlord is a nice guy and very responsive. He returned my security deposit immediately. Plenty of room for 2 people and very clean. Driveway/parking right in front of entrance to house so very easy to load and unload. We didn’t use the backyard but very spacious with bbq and fire pit area. Checking in was very easy with keypad. Kitchen seem to have all utensils. There were both a coffee maker and keureg machine so we wished we had brought our own grind or k-cup. 10-15 minutes to URI campus. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend property. ##### Lin C. The house was well furnished and the backyard was suited to host a small get together (cookout, evening fire, etc). Ample parking for small groups as well. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in an area with a neighborhood vibe. We even got into a routine of saying hello to the neighbors in the morning when letting the dog out. ##### Family S. Needs a mat in the shower...very slippery. No ice cube trays or coffee filters. Bathroom extremely small. You get out of the shower and nearly fall into the toilet. Lovely outside area.
