"We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation (with adult children). The location is beautiful with access to so many activities. The welcome book is very detailed, so READ IT when you check in. Communication with host was outstanding. The pond is so nice for kayaks (2 supplied and we brought 2 and a paddle board) and the crabs coming to the dock were so cool. The inside of the house is very very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, plastic reusable cups and more. The dehumidifier that self pumps keeps the basement humid free. The cool breeze made for great sleeping weather. The bedrooms are well supplied as well with a fan for each room, comfy pillows, extra blankets. The yard is big enough for bocce. The outdoor seating options were terrific. We enjoyed walking to the tennis / basketball courts in the morning. The local beach great and boat launch too. We will definitely recommend to friends and hope to come back again. Thanks for an awesome vacation spot!"

"Ed and Mary are beyond the most kind, gracious and helpful hosts you'll ever meet. Not only are their properties gorgeous, clean and stocked, they are just as described. We had an issue with one of the AC units and Ed did not hesitate to come over and check it out and replace the batteries in the remote. They were so kind to our kids (6&4). They gave us great information on Block Island. Communication was quick and clear and always willing to help if anything came up. So if you are looking for a property close to the beach quiet and dream hosts. Ed and Mary have the property for you."

"All the beds were very comfortable except the downstairs bed. The house worked very well for us. We had 8 people. 2 kids and 6 adults. The thing we thought was funny was there were exactly 8 forks. And one of them was a salad fork. This caused excessive running of the dishwasher. Eventually we ran out and bought extra plastic forks. My suggestion is spend a few dollars to spruce up the silverware situation. But we had a fantastic family vacation. I would recommend the home."

"We easily found a parking spot which is awesome. The room was clean enough. I was just hoping that there would be no carpet. :) but it’s clean enough. Ms Cathy who was in the front desk showed us one of the best customer relations. She was helpful and quite informative. The pool just needed cleaning cause a lot of kids played in the water. We love HAMPTON by hilton! :) "

"We were a group of ladies that had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. The well stocked kitchen and living room are spacious. There are so many places to sit and hang out which made it a perfect rental home for our group. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are all as pictured. It was a short ride to Point Judith for the Block Island Ferry and a pretty ride to Newport. Robin was a great communicator. I highly recommend this home, it is fabulous!"

"We really needed a rest and this place was perfect! The proximity to beaches, walking/hiking, great food was an added bonus. We really appreciated the host’s attention to details, such as fresh floral arrangements in most rooms (not the kind to leave you sneezing at every turn), her notebook of helpful local attractions, best local dining, beaches, etc. Also, the place is a wonderful pesticide-free zone!"
