We required wifi for work and it worked great. We were very pleased with the tankless water heater. With a family of 6, it was wonderful not to run out of hot water! Watching the deer roam the neighborhood was a highlight of our trip! The only negative was the overhead light in the kitchen being out and the light in the vent hood also not working. We enjoyed our trip immensely with the exception of the altitude. Took a few days to adjust. The cabin was cozy and perfectly setup. The master closet was cold but we didn’t use it much. There is a lot of space for a family or two to gather. Our son loved the kiddo room and we loved the remodeled master bathroom and closet. The towels and sheets were also nice quality, which is appreciated! We saw a lot of bunnies and deer grazing in the neighborhood, which is very quiet. I agree with other reviews that it would be an amazing addition to have a deck or patio on the back of the house to enjoy the forest view. The house also stayed nice and cool! Property was just right for a family with small children. Easier to access Wolf Creek Ski Resort as opposed to coming from Pagosa Springs. Roads were good even though we got a huge amount of snow.
