Perfect spot to stay
We were in town for a bridal shower I was hosting for family and needed a good space to put stuff together and finalize the food. We had plenty of space, close to out venue and stores we needed. Host was very responsive if we had questions. Front door handle needed fixed as well as a cabinet door but they were aware. I would definitely stay again!

Two nights in South Bend
The goal was to get away from home and do nothing. This house was perfect for that. Everything was neat and organized and my wife and I enjoyed our time doing nothing.

Great location in close proximity to campus. Excellent communication throughout booking and stay. Very nice hot tub. Overall very pleased. I would note that the kitchen is not very well stocked with necessities if you're planning on cooking meal(s) in home. Would definitely rent again, however.

Bachelor party
We booked this house for a more relaxed bachelor party. The backyard area was perfect with the hot tub and the fire pit. Everything was exactly as described. Very enjoyable stay.

Quaint property, responsive host
The house manual was very detailed and host was prompt and responsive. We were only in town for one night, but this was a nice spot to land for a night with family while in South Bend. The hot tub worked well as advertised!

Reunion
We had a week end reunion with my sisters. Enjoyed the back yard fire pit. House was very clean and comfortable. Todd responded very quickly to my questions and check in was so easy.

Great place -- amazing backyard!!
Had a fantastic experience here. Truly just what we needed for a few nights in South Bend. The backyard is generous and stocked with everything you could possibly want for an evening of food and fun.

Great home with easy access in South Bend
I stayed hear for nearly 2 weeks when in the South Bend area for work. The property was everything promised, was clean and very nice. All the promised amenities were available and easy to use/find. I didn't use the hot tub, but it was hot and ready. Communication with Todd, the rental manager, was proactive on his part, easy, seamless and pleasant. I can only give a 5-Star recommendation. Home away from home, and near everything in the area!

Christmas in South Bend
We had an amazing time at McKinleys Best! The host was attentive and responsive. He reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and warm. They provided linens, towels for bath and hot tub. Toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Wide selection of coffee, as well as some cooking basics. I appreciate these little things as lots of rentals don’t provide them. The rental provided us with a great, fun and safe place to enjoy Christmas with our family! Thank you to the Martin family!

Good Location
This house served our group well for a Notre Dame football weekend. We were under the impression that it had two full bathrooms instead of 1.5, which wasn't ideal for our group of 8 adults, but we made it work. The living room was great for warming up and relaxing after the game. Check-in/out was very easy, and Todd was responsive.

Family Trip
We stayed here last weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. My parents, siblings and husband were visiting for a Garth Brooks concert at the stadium. Saturday was a beautiful day, so we walked the neighborhood and it was a beautiful area. Also, we took advantage of the backyard and sat and enjoyed each others company. The house was very clean and accommodating. My step dad requested a few more bourbon glasses ;) Thank you for your hospitality!

FANTASTIC
WONDERFUL location near everything family and fun oriented. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and two children to run and play around with. We had no issues at all and Todd was great about having us check out a little later. Easy to access him at any time. Will be staying here again!
