Stonington Village | Walk to Beach, Shops & Dining

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great time here. Great location. Perfect for a family/big group. The house was pristine and the host was very responsive!"

Oceanfront home with private dock & large yard

10/10 Excellent

"We recently stayed at this location with a group of 8 women on a 40th birthday, girls weekend. The location was even more beautiful than depicted in the listing photos. Everyone in the neighborhood were friendly which helped us to feel very safe. Walk to the beach was just a few steps way, we sat on the front porch overlooking the ocean with our morning coffee and relaxed around the dining table for dinner and evening cocktails. Water pressure was strong and reliable, the living room/game room was a fun way to end our evenings. Each of the bedrooms had an ocean view. The primary bedroom was large and spacious. The host was friendly and helpful.Being just a short drive from Mystic, we felt transported to two completely different locales. The home was also very clean on arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

Water View 3BR Cottage in Stonington Borough + Walk to Village

8/10 Good

"Place was overall a good location but with one inconvenience we had as seniors, the staircase up to the bedrooms was far too steep for my husband with back problems and me. The stairs weren’t in any photos of the listing, I would have given 5 stars for everything if it weren’t for those stairs. There really should be photos of that because I wouldn’t have booked it if I had seen that. Other than that, the place was very clean and homey with a nice view out the back."

2-bedroom Apartment in Beautiful Stonington Boro

10/10 Excellent

"This is a lovely apartment - exceedingly clean, roomy and comfortable. My (adult) daughter and I stayed here for a mom/daughter weekend. With a nor'easter that weekend we stayed inside a bit more than if it had been clear weather. And we were perfectly happy! I have stayed in many VRBO's but this apartment was the most thoughtfully prepared unit I have stayed in - with coffee and tea, well-furnished kitchen, multiple kleenex/tissue boxes, kitchen towels and sponges, bar soap, dish and laundry soap and full (vs almost empty) containers of liquid hand soap. The location is convenient for walking in Stonington Borough and an easy drive to Mystic. The beds were comfortable and in good-sized bedrooms. It was quiet and conducive to a great night's sleep. We would happily stay here again!"

Château Stonington

10/10 Excellent

"The house and property were stunning...plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware, space to prep for a large or small crowd. The living area had plenty of seating, the back patio was the best--we spent most of the weekend out there. There were enough towels and extra pillows and blankets. The views were amazing and so relaxing...I did reach out about 4 hours earlier than the 4pm check in time, to see if we could check in an hour or 2 early but got no response till an hour before and it was no problem, I was very thankful.Would I rent this house again. ABSOLUTELY!"

2 Living Rooms + 2 Patios • Walk to Private Beaches • Near Mystic & USCGA

10/10 Excellent

"Great communication with the host, nice, clean, large/roomy house that was a great place to have my son rest his injured leg from his football game at the USCGA. Will definitely look into staying at this house again during Family weekend and Graduation."
