"Para llegar al lugar es complicado, le falta carteleria y cuesta comunicarse con ellos. Llegamos y me dijeron que no tenía reserva, no trabajan con Hoteles.com, fue un momento incómodo para nosotros. Pero luego pagamos una diferencia de 250 dólares y fuimos bien atendidos. No aceptaban tarjetas de crédito. Gracias "

Just a gem of a hotel tucked away in a very safe area which is close to shopping, parks and a myriad of sites. The Casa is a small hotel which offers you a great space for relaxing, cooking or just hanging out on the bonus roof top deck. Although there might be other more affluent hotels offered within the same footprint, the attentive 24hr staff and great hotel facilities make this a must for the conscientious traveler. Breakfast was impressive. Hotels was very nice. And was a short walk to any of the main squares. When we got back from the 4 day in a trail, our room was already set with our luggage in it.

I was here on a solo trip for the last few days of my trip for my birthday. One of the hotel staff brought me a cake greeting me happy birthday on the day of and I was very greatful for it. The room was cleaned and replaced with towels daily. The bellhop staff were very helpful with briging my luggage to my room and also loading up my uber with my luagges. Staff overall was very friendly and welcoming.
