Le Rollin offers you a work area located at the entrance to your flat, a shower room with a washbasin unit, a towel rail, a shower and WC. The living area includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hob, extractor fan and all the other kitchen equipment. It is a neighbouring town to Rouen, the prefecture of the department, and is part of the Rouen conurbation. The Rouen metro has a station nearby, which can make it easier to get to the centre of Rouen. Sotteville-lès-Rouen has cycle paths. You might consider hiring a bike if you enjoy cycling. If you have access to a car, it's possible to get around the region easily, but you need to take parking into account. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
