On site administration & 24 hour security are on the premises and ready to assist at a moments notice. You can also reach the owner via email, phone or text. Important Notes: \- Electricity Usage – 25 kw per day electricity consumption is included in your overall price, which is normally more than enough for normal use. If you exceed 25 kw per day, you will pay the excess consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kw).
