Summary: Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located just a short 2 minute drive from the heart of Sosua and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house features a private Jacuzzi, hot water, backup generator, and a private pool. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers free parking. The outdoor area includes a charming backyard and pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean sunshine. \*LOUD MUSIC NOT ALLOWED\* The Space: Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, located just a short 2 minute drive from the heart of Sosua. Our home is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends looking to experience all that this beautiful Caribbean town has to offer. Our house features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own TV and AC. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a comfortable king-size bed and a private Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has king Size bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and access to a private bathroom with hot water. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering and entertaining, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and a dining table that seats six. The living room also has a sofa bed, allowing the house to accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside, you'll find a charming backyard with a covered patio and a small, private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a short distance from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Sosua. We offer free parking for our guests. Our house also comes equipped with backup batteries, ensuring that you'll have power even in the event of a power outage. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or explore the nearby beaches and attractions, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with its own TVs and AC in each room is the perfect home base for your Sosua vacation. Guest Access: Laundry is available for guest. The Neighborhood: Camino Llibre is an amazing place to stay, there you can find some restaurants and a mini market that also has delivery. The beach is only 3 minutes away from center of town. Getting Around: Public transportation station is just 4 minutes away driving. Interaction with Guests: "Feel free to contact with us. I literally had the best vacation in a while and me being able to stay at this villa was too perfect. Communication with the owner of the property was a breeze. He allowed to is check in early after a 9 hour flight. From meeting yvette who was so nice and gave us a nice tour we knew this was going to be a great trip. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the perfect tropical views. The property owner hooked us up with someone that was really knowledgeable about the area and was able to drive us around for a while. The beds were super comfortable. If i had a small issue is that there was too much chlorine in the pool. I will try my best to book this place again next time i come down. Book this place you wont be disappointed.
