The property was easy to find, room and patio clean and bright. We found the bed quite comfortable and the owner to be a true gem. All communication was addressed quickly and efficiently. We wish we had planned more than one night in beautiful Sorrento!

The B&B was the best place we stayed at in all of Italy for our 2 week honeymoon. It was clean, the owners are SUPER nice, and breakfasts were great. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Sorrento.

We had a very nice short stay at Il Saraceno. The host was very kind and accommodating. It was very clean and we enjoyed breakfast each morning on our private balcony. This is located within a large apartment complex which we did not expect, however it was quiet and safe.

Great location.
Great location and nice flexible hosts. The building was secure and has a small elevator. Our room was spacious and clean. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room in the back. Breakfast is left in your room the night before. Disappointed and surprised to be served day old pastry/bread in Italy.

Such a great stay, good location, all the comforts and clean and everyone we met so helpful and friendly! Bonus of fresh sheets and towels mid stay (4 nights) breakfast was super with great coffee. Highly recommend.

one word…awesome!
This place was cozy and just the perfect size for my mom and I. It has the cutest little balcony. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. The cleanliness standard are top notch. Truly exceeded all exceptions in a good way! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, it is conveniently close to the main part of town and the bus/train station.

We made a last minute decision to go to Sorrento and we are so glad that we found this amazing B&B! Delicious breakfast included. Fresh croissants, bread, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs and an array of meat and cheese. Every evening we returned to a sparkling clean room and a delicious surprise such as a shot of Limoncello, or a glass of wine. It's a short walk to the center of the town, which was perfect because it kept the noise of the town to a minimum. However, ear plugs were provided if you needed them. The owner is wonderful and was always happy to help. I highly recommend this wonderful B&B!

Sorrento gem
Manuia and Michele were kind and friendly hosts. The room was clean and had a beautiful terrace. We were given water every day and they provided masks for our use as well. Overall it was a comfortable and nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much effort. The little balcony in the room was a lovely spot to have breakfast and the location was great, only a short walk to the train station and main squares. It was noisy at times with the general hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood, but only serves to add to the atmosphere! The noise can easily be blocked out by shutting the window and using the air conditioning instead.

Our welcome to the property was great and we were provided with a free upgrade to an apartment. The host(s) were very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment was cleaned everyday. The European breakfast provided was perfect with a view of the ocean from the balcony. Great location and within easy walking distance to all amenities.

We highly recommend this B&B. The owners speak fluent English and are extremely professional. The place is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The owners helped us find both things to do as well as restaurants we might enjoy. The location is quiet, bed was comfortable, the air conditioning excellent and the morning breakfast brilliant! You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Great stay
Our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were very helpful and so accommodating. They provided us with great knowledge of the area and gave great suggestions. The accommodation was very comfortable and in a great location (5 min walk to the center of town). The room was great, plenty of space and beautifully presented. Breakfast each morning was a real delight.

The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were fantastic as were our wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact we could have it on our own balcony every morning. As our room was directly outside the breakfast area we were woken up every morning and the coffee machine only had milk available once in the 4 days we were there. However nothing could dampen our wonderful trip and Luis went out of his way to help us with taxi’s, restaurants, trips and trains!!!! The beer on our first day and the wine on our last night were just wonderful finishing touches. 💖

Excellent home base in Sorrento
The hosts were excellent and very welcoming. Even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The place is beautifully renovated and very secure and quiet. The bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast served was perfect with lots of variety to eat and drink. The hosts were very quick to respond by WhatsApp as we needed them during our stay. The only negative is that the walls are pretty paper thin as you can easily hear people in the common area and hear the tv of the people in the room next door. The hosts understand this can be a bit of a nuisance and provide ear plugs regularly as needed. I found those worked perfectly when sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Cozy Place; Needs Better Communication
Il Saraceno is within walking distance to the center. There’s a local supermarket and within walking distance to the train station. About 10 min. Clean and cozy rooms, a balcony for a quick breakfast. Manuia (Michele’s Wife) was very inviting. She made our breakfast to go with a note as we needed to leave very early the next morning. She also supplied ear plugs/ extra pillows for our comfort. Ear plugs are used as walls are thin and they worked. The only things that could use improvements : the communication with Michele needs to be better. I had reached out to him via e-mail and was unresponsive. I had to reach out to him again via Hotels.com and there he responded that he got my e-mail a week later. We also whatsapped him on our way to Sorrento and he never responded creating a bit of anxciety for us. It was marked read and no response. Sometimes. Just a simple “OK” or “See you later” eases the anxiety for a traveler. Another thing I saw were other guests that were checking in were given tastes of the limoncello, but we weren’t provided. As I also read, other guests got a lemon soap as they departed, in which we never got as well. Other than that, Manuia was accommodating and helpful.

Beautifully decorated apartment, very recently decorated by the looks of it. Very nice continental breakfast. Location is a 5 minute walk from the main town square - the coast is then a further 5 or 10 minute stroll from there. About 1.5 hour bus from Naples airport (was about £10 and the easiest way to get to the town of Sorrento). Slightly less important at, but great air con & WiFi as well. Would definitely go again!

Excellent B&B in great location.
Very friendly proprietor's who gave great local area advice. Fixed me a breakfast to go with a nice card and lemon soap gift when I departed early in morning. Very comfortable bedroom and nice bathroom. Balcony was very nice for dining. Great location a couple blocks from train, bus station, and excellent dining. Location had secure access. Easy walking distance to Sorrento city center. Only issue was warm common area, however, I visited in July so was hot. I will be returning to this B&B.

The place was difficult to find. I would recommend contacting the owner in advance to get good directions an to co-ordinate your arrival. It proximity to the train and bus station was a major plus.

We travelled to Sorrento in October and were glad that we chose this location. When we got into Sorrento we had some difficulty finding the place. It is located within a gated apartment community and we were able to contact the b&b via the building buzzer. The owner greeted us with limoncello and gave us a warm welcome, even recommending some of the local restaurants. We were given keys to get into the gate and the building. It is located in a quiet and convenient part of town near many restaurants and shops. There is a cappucino machine available 24/7 and breakfast is set out each morning. You can take a tray and bring it to your room to eat on your balcony. The room seemed new, clean and very well kept. I would highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

Small Room But Comfortable
Il Saraceno B&B has no sign, it is inside a residential apartment which is gated, guests MUST call or contact the owners first in order to gain access. I did not know and ended up wasting a lot of time walking round the block looking for the B&B. Apart from this, everything else was good. Location Was close to the historic Centre, and just 5 minutes from the train and bus station. Excellent service, very clean room with nice bed linens, 24 hour complimentary tea and coffee, good breakfast, very comfortable rain shower - certainly a treat after the traveling. WIll come back for sure.

The room is clean and very modern, location is a 5min walk to the bus and train station, 8min walk to the city square. Breakfast was great and the hosts, Michele and Manuia, were super nice and accommodating to any questions or requests we had. We had a private patio that we were able to enjoy some wine at night and our breakfast on. We will be back!!

First visit to Sorrento and could not have picked a better place to stay. A little gem ! Quietly tucked away in a private complex just off the main street, a short stroll from the train station and the town centre. Clean, bright room with lovely balcony, great shower and bathroom. Manuia and Michele were fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, and hospitality second to none. We wished that we had booked for longer as part of our tour of the area, and won't hesitate to book here again when we return to Sorrento.

What an amazing b&b - we were so looked after. The owners really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable; from meeting us upon arrival and telling us about the town to making us an early breakfast for our 6.30am check-out. Location was also perfect - being right in the centre of town near to the train station and all the restaurants.
