« This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. »

« I love this location and watching the crashing waves is epic!! The house is fantastic. We wish we had more time to enjoy, but we had to get out on the road early. The host is quick to respond and I can’t say enough about the view! I will take my family back for sure! »

« The place was perfect! Our cars never left the area once we arrived. We spent our time between the house and the beach! There was ample amount of dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house sleeps. There was some beach stuff too which was perfect! There was a Very small list of negatives 1.the oven part of the stove didn’t work right and we couldn’t use it. But the stove top worked fine. 2. The ice machine would pop out and all yellow/brown ice cub once in a while and not sure why....

« Great location. My wife uses a walker therefore stairs are near impossible. The host said the main floor was walker-accessible from back patio. WRONG! Only the downstairs bedroom and laundry are accessible by walker. Living, Kitchen and Dining are all upstairs making communication with the rest of the family near impossible. The fireplace did not work. String lights outside did not work. Beds are waaaay too hard. Nice place, but not if someone has physical challenges. Check ahead of time to make...

« Traveled with 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Agree with previous reviews that could have used more bedding/pillows. No coffee pot, older furniture and mostly functioning appliances, sort of smelled like the previous renters’ dog on arrival, but the location is incredible. »

« Everything was perfect, EXCEPT: the silverware was sparse, the worst being dinner forks (5 of us were known to be coming, and there were only 4 dinner forks. Also, the provided coffee filters were the wrong size for the coffee maker. »
