Summary:  
This home sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. It is 1 of 2 units on the property, so it shares some walls and the outdoor yard space with the neighboring unit, creating a friendly community feel with fellow travelers (Permit #211342). Just a short walk to Twin Lakes Beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax, gather, and enjoy the coastal vibe!  
  
The Space:  
\- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests  
\- 3 bedrooms - 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds (Bunk bed)  
\- 2 bathrooms  
\- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street.  
\- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker  
\- Living room   
\- Shared yard space with outdoor seating and a charcoal bbq (charcoal not provided). Each of the two units on the property has its own BBQ.

\- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)  
\- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.  
\- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.  
\- NO PETS  
\- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM

Guests will have access to the entire home, except a shed & the garage that are reserved for owner's storage.

Santa Cruz is also a hub for live music and cultural events, with the Santa Cruz Wharf offering spectacular ocean views and fresh seafood. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or relaxation, Santa Cruz has it all, making it a dynamic and inviting coastal destination.  
  
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

\- This home is connected to another unit on the property, with separate reserved parking areas but shared walls and outdoor space—so you should expect to hear or see neighbors during your stay. If you’re seeking a very private and completely quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit. Let us know if you have any concerns!  
\- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.  
\- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.  
\- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
