### FINCA SA PLANA - Villa with private pool in Son Servera. Free WiFi

Welcome to this beautiful and charming country house with private pool on the outskirts of Son Servera, where up to 6 guests find their second home.   
The finca has totally private, very simple exteriors, surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants, which is precisely what gives them their special charm. The 4.5 x 3 m oval chlorine pool, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.20 m, has an outdoor shower and a fantastic porch next to it that invites you to sit down to eat together and maybe prepare a barbecue. It is also heated (only in the months of March, April, May and October). There are six hammocks, ideal for relaxing after a good meal, reading a book or listening to some music in the sun.  
  
The rooms of the house, with modern furnishings, are very bright and generally open to the outside. From the porch you enter the living-dining room, with a beachy and relaxing touch due to its warm blue colours, ideal for watching satellite TV accompanied by the AC. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub for your comfort. As for the bedrooms, there are three in total, one with two single beds and two more with a double bed and wardrobe. One of the latter even has access to the garden. To acclimatise the rooms, there is also air conditioning in the corridor leading to them. A cot and high chair will be provided if you are travelling with a baby.  
  
The villa is only 1 km from the beach of Costa dels Pins and has easy access to all the beaches of the coastal area of Levante such as Cala Bona, Canyamel or Cala Millor, among many others. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf lovers. As far as services are concerned, Son Servera offers you everything you may need such as bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.  
  
You can use the heated swimming pool, subject to availability, during the months of March, April, May and October, with 5 days notice and taking into account the electricity consumption.

Esta finca es un verdadero sueño para los amantes de la paz y la naturaleza. La propiedad es grande e increíblemente idílica, con muchos olivos. Aquí puedes relajarte maravillosamente y dejar que tu alma divague. Lo pasamos muy bien y recomendamos encarecidamente la finca.

#### Finca correcte avec piscine chauffée

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la Finca Sa Plana. L’endroit est relativement calme, la petite piscine bien chaude (on nous a demandé un supplément de 10 euros par jour pour la chauffer) et bien entretenue. Le jardin est sympa même s’il mériterait un peu plus d’entretien. La maison est d’une bonne taille. Elle ne manque de rien. Certains meubles sont un peu vétustes, la cuisine et la salle de bain auraient besoin d‘une bonne rénovation mais sont fonctionnelles. La deuxième salle de bain est à l‘extérieur de la maison et n‘est à considérer qu‘en été. Terrasse très agréable avec mobilier confortable. Un grand plus pour la table de ping pong à l‘abri sous un couvert. Vélos à disposition. Nous ne les avons pas utilisés. La finca est bien située pour visiter l‘île. En conclusion, un bon séjour malgré un rapport qualité/prix qui pourrait être meilleur.

#### Trop bien!

Maison très belle et très pratique avec un bébé d'1 an car de plein pied et pas grand chose de dangereux pour lui! Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique et reposante! C'est un endroit calme et la piscine est niquel! Le petit plus était les vélos à dispo car on est allé à la plage (à 5-10 min max) comme ça et on a fait pleins de balade. Il y avait même un siège bébé sur un vélo! Pour le bébé, le lit était parfait et il y avait une chaise haute. C'est très pratique de ne pas devoir voyager avec tout ça! Merci car nous avions besoin de ces vacances au calme!
