« Personnel a été plus que adorable, la chambre juste parfaite et propre, les équipements au top. Le seul grand bémol c’était le bruit insupportable des travaux au 21 eme étage mais vraiment insupportable !! D’autres hôtels 5 etoiles auraient offert un surclassement ou un geste commercial comme offrir une bonne bouteille ou un repas mais ce ne fut pas le cas hélas. »

« Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr bequeme Betten in einem großzügigem Zimmer mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, insbesondere der Manager. Das internationale Buffet bezog sich dann doch eher auf die asiatischen Gäste, was aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der nicht nutzbare Pool. Hierzu gab es dann auch unterschiedliche Aussagen seitens des Personals, mal wurde er repariert, mal war keine Saison, dann etwas mit dem Wasser etc. Vielleicht...

« Très grande et belle cabine, nous avons été surclassés en exécutive suite. Quelques bémols : le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, la porte donnant sur le balcon ne se verrouillait pas et la safety box n’existait pas. Le ménage de la cabine bien que demandé le 2è jour avait été oublié et les activités après le dîner inexistantes à part la pêche aux calamars. Les plus : le personnel est adorable même s’il est parfois difficile de comprendre leur anglais, Les repas sont très bons. La cabine est...

« The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of. Overall had a lovely time and they...
