It’s a shame you can’t leave 0 stars, this property didn’t even deserve one!
Despite being falsely advertised as accommodating eleven adults, the physical reality is that it struggles to sleep eight. The rollaway beds provided as a makeshift solution could not even be fully extended in the available space.
The advertised sauna was a joke. It was tiny, at best two people could squeeze in, entirely unfit for the advertised group size.
Beyond the blatant mis-selling, the condition of the property upon arrival was completely unacceptable. The accommodation was entirely unsanitary, infested with flies, and had dirty communal areas. The bedding provided was sweat stained and riddled with holes, while several pieces of furniture and mirrors were broken. Most alarmingly, we discovered dangerous electrical wiring that posed an immediate threat to my family.
When these issues were raised immediately upon arrival, the owner was entirely dismissive, actively claiming there was nothing wrong. We were left with no alternative but to leave the property on our first day to ensure the safety of our family. The management company, Belvilla, even admitted in writing that they issued a strict warning to the owner regarding the unacceptable standard of the property. Despite this admission, they have refused to remedy the situation or issue a refund. DO NOT BOOK!
