"It's a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is super clean, modern, comfortable and more luxurious than expected. It's in a lovely, private spot with long walks along the canal from the doorstep. The owners could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They left us a fantastic goody bag with chocolates, cookies and snax. The cottage is right next to the main train line, which you'd expect to be noisy, but the hedge is high enough that you are not overlooked in the garden/hot tub and inside the cottage; the sound is nothing but a low rumble. The trains do not run during the night. We found the trains soporific rather than a nuisance.We can't wait to stay there again!"

"Over all a lovely holiday. The cottage was clean and the equipment in the cottage was just like being at home. Lots of places to walk the dogs. When walking along the canal there was an amazing tea room, walk a bit further and there is a boat club with a great food hut that is open Thursday to Sunday."

"Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! No food on site after 4pm was a big let down, althouygh saying that breakfast was very good, and really the only thing that was very good, for the type of money comanded by this property I was expecting much much better and more, will not recommend to anyone, and will not return, feel rather let down for the money to be honest."
