(68 reviews) An Unforgettable Combloux Stay! Our stay at Chalet Alpen Valley in Combloux was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location alone is hard to beat and perfectly positioned with easy access to the Beauregard ski lift and surrounded by some of the most beautiful alpine scenery imaginable. The suite was breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Mont Blanc that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to that panorama each morning was truly magical. The suite itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that guaranteed a great night’s sleep after a day in the mountains. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with high-quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made every meal feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a beautiful, memorable experience, whether you’re relaxing in the spa, enjoying the cinema, or simply coming back from a day on the slopes. Chalet Alpen Valley is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly special mountain getaway. (56 reviews) We have had four family ski holidays staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have always very much enjoyed our time here. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope just a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is an excellent ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient and the shop staff are very helpful. The lounge/bar area is very comfortable and cosy after a day on the slopes, as well as the very soothing jacuzzi located outside at the front of the hotel. The swimming pool/ spa area is also very relaxing and complete with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We stayed on a half-board basis and the buffet breakfast is fantastic and each evening there was a different theme for the buffet dinner. We really enjoyed every meal! Our room was clean and comfortable with a bath and shower. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and will soon be booking our next stay here in January 2007.
