They didn’t just hand over my key; they offered recommendations, asked about my preferences, and made sure I knew they were available for anything I might need.It was clear the hospitality here runs deep. Every staff member I encountered, from the bellhop to housekeeping, greeted me with a smile and remembered little details from previous conversations. It’s a small thing, but it makes you feel at home, not just like another guest passing through.The highlight, though, was the in-room dining. I ordered dinner after a packed day, and it arrived quickly—beautifully plated and piping hot. The staff member who delivered it was upbeat, courteous, and made sure everything was just right.
