« The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way. »

« Hidden Gem. Under massive construction BUT the room was spotless: sheets and towels are white. Fully equipped clean kitchen with a dining table. Manager Mel is a professional with wings strapped on, I was locked out of my room Manger Mel came through and handle the business for free and didn’t complain about it. »

« We had just stayed in a LaQuinta in Glen Rose, TX and it was wonderful. The low rating here is due to a couple of things--one of which is out of the control of the local hotel. Unlike in Glen Rose, we needed to do a couple of tasks for work and needed access to the wifi. We were told by the staff that Wyndham had recently changed their policy for free wifi access so that you had to "join" their rewards program. « Nice hotel in a great part of town just off I-35. A lot of shopping and eateries near by. There is a bar on site which I did not visit. The hotel property is nice and clean. The room was clean as well. The beds were comfortable. I slept well. Of note, I did get charged a $14 a day parking fee which is a joke. It’s self parking right in front of the building! I also felt like the carpet in our room was outdated and just ugly imo. I’m not much for the orange striped theme. I also think...
